Adapter - part number A-104
Male Thread : 18mm-1.5 Female Thread(Fitting Valve) : 18mm-1.5(EZ-104)
Some oil pans are designed with a recessed drain hole which may prevent the valve from being installed properly. If the valve can not be tightened all the way without hitting the oil pan wall, do not install the Drain Valve to your vehicle. Adapters are available for some models.
A-104 Required For:
| Volvo | 4, 5 and 6 cylinder engines with recessed plug port |
*Not recommended for low clearance vehicle.

What I really would like to get is a 90 deg fitting with nipple for hose that hang down for clearance below the pan.
