I wanted an oil shutoff valve for my new pressure washer. After exhaustive searches, I found this 1x1.25 metric size which was a bit more expensive than all the other websites, but this one fits. After installation and use, I am quite satisfied with my purchase. I highly recommend this brand.

I purchased this valve because the drain plug on my pressure washer is inconveniently located and it drains the oil on to the frame of the pressure washer.
The EZ Oil Drain valve fits perfectly and even looks like it came with the washer. I added an L-shape type hose end so that I could direct the drained oil to a catch pan using 3/8" tubing.
The only reason that I don't give the product 5 stars is that I have not yet used it to drain the oil from my pressure washer.

Came across this concept on another site and thought it was great. Got one for my snow blower and riding lawn mower. A little heavy on the price but I won't get oil all over the place anymore. Or have to cut soda bottles and make viaducts which end up moving and spilling oil anyway. Perfect.

The valve is well built. My issue was I needed it for a paint sprayer with a Honda engine. There was no way to drain the oil without getting it all over the machine. Unfortunately the valve is so big in diameter I couldn't use it because it hit the engine mount before it could be seated. I was hoping I could incorporate it on several pieces of my small equipment but it won't work unless I rig up some kind of adaptor or the engine has clearance at the drain hole. I looked around for a 10mm straight adaptor to off set the valve but didn't find one that was 10mm on both sides. Looked like a good idea, oh well.
From OilDrainValve.net;
We are sorry to hear that the valve did not work on your engine. We will provide a return label and issue full refund when it is impossible to install the valve due to the design of the engine. Please let us know the order number. It would be greatly appreciated if you could provide a photo for our future reference. Thank you.

I replaced a stripped out transmiss6drain hole with a Timeserts and this valve. Fit was perfect and it blends right in. Changing transmission oil will be a simple task new.
